- DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE DTC P0625 GENERATOR FIELD f TERMINAL CIRCUIT LOW ,TESTED BATTERY BATTERY TESTED OKAY AT 73 % STATE OF HEALTH TESTED 590 COLD CRANKING AMPS TESTED ALTERNATOR OUTPUT TESTED 14.0 VOLTS INITIALLY LET VEHICLE SIT AND STARTED HAS NO ALTERNATOR OUTPUT AND LIGHT ON FOUND ALTERNATOR FAILING INTERMITTENTLY AFTER SITTING BELT CRACKING REPLACED ALTERNATOR AND SERPENTINE BELT AND RE CHECKED OUTPUT14.4 VOLTS CHARGING AS DESIGNED
- Verify customer complaint and vehicle's performance. Scan computer system for codes using a scanner & diagnostic analyzer. Check sensor operation. If codes are present in computer system record codes. Advise of any additional inspection services needed. Visually inspect engine performance parts for damage or excessive wear. Check and advise of any needed or recommended repairs. scanned for diagnostic trouble codes in system found code p0420 catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1 tested catalyst system found bank 1 cataltic converter to be faulty down stream oxygen sensor switching rapidly should be steady voltage replaced bank 1 catalytic converter and was able to remove oxygen sensors and re install in new catalytic converter and re checked system operating as designed at this time
- scanned for diagnostic trouble codes in system found codes b1082 right temperature damper motor ,b1083 re circulation damper motor , tested actuators found right temperature actuator to have failed and re circulation actuator to have failed cabin air filter dirty and access door for cabin air filter has broken tabs replaced both faulty actuators and cabin air filter with cover and re checked for proper operation system operating as designed at this time

- HVAC DOOR ACTUATOR – Remove & Replace – Temperature Blend Door,Driver Side
- REMOVE THE OLD CABIN AIR FILTER, CLEAN, DISINFECT, AND DEODORIZE THE AIR FILTER HOUSING AS WELL AS THE AIR DUCTS AND VENTS.
- CATALYTIC CONVERTER – Remove & Replace – V6,FWD,Normally Aspirated Left
- ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – V6,Normally Aspirated – [Includes: R&I Cooling Fan Assembly.] – [Includes: Test.]
