inspected vehicle for leaks found left front outer cv boot to be slinging grease due to boot torn ,all shocks leaking, cleaned and inspected oil pan area found oil pan gasket leaking on left side of oil pan and trailing onto oil pan and oil filter , right side of oil pan gasket leaking and gasket is split right under starter motor , rear engine cover gasket and rear main seal weeping oil driver side valve cover gasket leaking , pass side valve cover weeping slight leak , oil cooler lines leaking , power steering pressure hose from booster to pump leaking , while inspecting found pass side oxygen sensor to be damaged from a saw , belts have large cracking both drive belts , front differential 4wd actuator was unplugged plugged in as courtesy

multiple trouble codes stored in system p0014 exhaust camshaft position sensor performance ,p0016 crankshaft position intake not plausible ,p0017crankshaft position exhaust not plausible, p0089 fuel pressure regulator performance fault,p0300 random misfire fault ,p0366 exhaust camshaft position sensor performance fault , p228d fuel pressure regulator 1 control performance high pressure , inspected found no oil to register on dipstick added to full spec took 4 qts to fill to proper level suspect internal failure performed compression test #1 180 psi #2 0 psi #3 0 psi and #4 160 psi removed oil filter to inspect found lots of metal debris from internal engine failure recommend replace engine and re check customer declined recommended repairs at this time

dtc stored in system for p00b4 engine coolant flow insufficient freeze frame set at 251 degrees coolant tank empty added coolant pressure tested cooling system found water outlet to be leaking and cracked performed block test vehicle passed block test at this time replaced outlet thermostat and hose and flushed cooling system and re checked cooling system operating as designed at this time
Inspect condition of hoses and clamps. Exchange coolant and replace with new fluid. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.

scanned for codes no codes stored in system idle very high throttle body air flow compensation at 94.5% due to being taken apart or being dirty then cleaned throttle bore is clean performed idle air flow reset procedure and relearn and re checked within spec at 12.5% idle corrected throttle body connector zip tied on cause detent broken recommend replace throttle body assembly and throttle body connector with factory parts after market throttle parts are known to be problematic , road tested vehicle idle is at proper spec at this time service air bag message illuminated needs additional diagnosis to pin point fault clunk on accel from broken left front motor mount

Check and advise of any needed or recommended repairs. inspected vehicle found diagnostic trouble code stored in system p0299 turbocharger under boost fault tested turbocharger found turbo to be faulty only making 3psi of boost recommend replace turbo to correct lack of power and p0299 code , noise is separate concern internal engine noise need to remove valve cover and inspect for sludge ,metal or lifter fault suspect possible diaphragm in valve cover fault ,unknown cause of failure till valve cover is removed and inspected , water pump leaking from weep hole coolant reservoir leaking and battery tested replace customer declined recommended repairs at this time
