Check and advise of any needed or recommended repairs.DTC P0420 Catalyst system efficiency below threshold Bank1 test exhaust system for leaks, none found test up and down stream 02 sensor operation sensors operating as designed the downstream sensor is switching rapidly and should be steady. The catalytic converter is failing and recommend replace cat and necessary gaskets. Cust Declined at this time.
