- tested system confirmed customer concern checked cooling system found system to be low filled system and pressure tested cooling system found upper radiator hose and bypass tee hose leaking coolant system was 1.5 gallons low coolant leaking onto drive belts heater operates as designed when system is full recommend replace bypass tee hose and both radiator hoses with thermostat and flush system after repair no further leaks found at this time and heater and cooling system operating as designed
- RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace – 5.0L Eng Both
- THERMOSTAT &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – 5.0L Eng
- Inspect condition of hoses and clamps. Exchange coolant and replace with new fluid. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.

- Hook up fuel injection cleaning equipment to vehicle. Run pressurized fuel injection cleaner through throttle body intake system. Pressure cleans fuel injectors, combustion chamber and intake and exhaust valves. Add injector cleaner fuel treatment to gas tank. Helps improve engine performance, fuel economy and exhaust emissions.
