- scanned for dtc's no codes found at this time found ecm not commanding fan on ,power to low speed fans all the time with key off tested circuit found low speed fan relay in underhood fuse box stuck on and terminals of relay melted and relay ballooned , very slight damage to fuse box pins seem okay at this time replaced relay and re checked cooling fans operating as designed at this time
