- check gauges light illuminated on cluster vehicle not charging alternator has no voltage output charging gauge reading low on cluster lighting bolt symbol illuminated for multiple diagnostic trouble codes stored in system p2504 charging system output high , p2509 ecm/pcm power input signal intermittent ,p063d generator voltage sense high all codes and lights related to voltage , all 4 battery terminals loose removed cleaned inside of terminals where they contact battery terminal , tightened properly and re tested charging system operating as designed after proper connection of battery charging output 14.2 volts cleared code and road tested short road test due to no air filter installed , air tube for air filter not connected at turbo connected as courtesy and both battery hold downs are missing recommend replace hold downs batteries are able to slide around with out hold downs
