    • road tested vehicle duplicated customer concern inspected vehicle found rear tires checkered ,left rear tire has severe flat spots and slapping as vehicle goes down the road front tires weather cracking and have inside edge wear left rear shock is blown, front struts appear original ,front lower control arm bushings cracking starting to split rear axle beam bushings cracking recommend replace tires, rear shocks, front struts ,front control arms , rear trailing arm bushings and align vehicle to correct customer declined recommended repairs at this time

    • Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. customer concern scraping when brakes are applied road tested heard slight noise from rear brakes inspected brakes no issues found brake friction material front 6mm rear 4mm cleaned and adjusted rear brakes as courtesy and road tested no further issues found at this time
    • replaced belt under warranty belt came off and shredded checked all pulleys and no issues found replaced belt and checked operation of belt no issues found at this time
