- Check charging system for proper output to battery. Load test battery. Check wiring on electrical system and record findings. tested batteries passed load tes checked alternator for output no output voltage found checked wiring to alternator found charge wire to be corroded at battery terminal causing no output ran jumper wire to test found alternator to test okay repaired wire and performed battery service on both batteries and re checked alternator output 14 .2 volts and operating as designed at this time

- Disconnect cables. Clean terminals and cable ends. Clean corrosion from battery area. Install anti-corrosion to battery cables.Install battery cables and recheck battery operation.
