Check and advise of any needed or recommended repairs.scanned for trouble codes dtc stored in system p0542 intake heater A circuit high , p2608 intake air heater B circuit high tested resistance at IAH relays both relays have 19 ohms specification is between 15-25 ohms tested circuit k176 IAH relay to control circuit and circuit k174 IAH relay control circuit from ecm to IAH relay wiring not shorted to ground ,voltage ,and wire not open , recommend replace ecm and program ecm failed causing concern
